Ubisoft's new studio in Toronto is leading the production to its next installment in the Splinter Cell Series. Here's to Managing Director Jade Raymond (Producer of Assassin's Creed) that she focuses more on its stealth action, adds more in depth story and makes its Toronto studio Flourish.
